At Black Salmon, Jeremy, as the Chief Data Science Officer (CDSO), is the cornerstone that turns our development and investment intuition into a structured, scalable intelligence system. His role unifies every layer of our decision-making process— from site selection and design standards to market timing and investor communications, within a single analytical framework.
Jeremy designs and maintains our data architecture, pipelines, and machine-learning models that inform project sourcing, underwriting, and risk evaluation. His responsibilities include building proprietary scoring systems for submarket selection, demand forecasting, and cost optimization. He also curates the internal Black Salmon Atlas, a living, visual platform that maps opportunities across current and future markets.
Beyond analytics, Jeremy bridges technology and capital markets, providing investors, partners, and lenders with transparent data narratives that validate our investment theses. The result is a flatter, faster, and smarter organization that scales by insight rather than headcount.
