Ignacio Martinez

Prior to joining Black Salmon, Ignacio served as Senior Financial Analyst at Assetplan, a Chilean real estate advisory and M&A firm, working with institutional investors and developers, evaluating residential rental property opportunities throughout Chile, Peru, and Colombia. During his time at Assetplan, he evaluated more than $350 million in investment opportunities across these countries, mainly focused on multifamily, single-family homes and mixed-use development projects in various submarkets. Ignacio was also responsible for the execution of multifamily and residential rental properties sale processes, structuring deals and advising investors for over $50 million in investments.

Ignacio holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Santiago, Chile.
