Grant Peterson
VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS DIVISION
Grant joined Black Salmon Capital in 2018 and is deeply involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment management business. With 16 years of experience in institutional commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management, Grant’s primary responsibilities include investment sourcing and evaluation, asset and partner due diligence, fund management, valuation and reporting.
Before joining Black Salmon, Grant was with Crocker Partners (now CP Group), one of the region’s premier operating partners, where he was responsible for the identification, pursuit and execution of investment grade opportunities throughout the Southeast. Grant began his career at LNR Partners (now Starwood Property Trust) in Miami Beach, where he worked in the asset management department overseeing the company’s Southeastern portfolio of REO properties.
Grant is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Master of Science in Real Estate program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, also from the University of Florida.
