Felippe Godoy

Director of Capital Formation | Brazil

Felippe Godoy is responsible for Black Salmon’s capital formation initiatives in Brazil, focusing on developing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers and strategic partners.

Prior to joining Black Salmon, Felippe spent over 15 years working across real estate private equity, structured finance and investment management. Throughout his career, he has sourced and structured more than 50 transactions and participated in over US$1.5 billion in equity and structured credit investments across residential, commercial and logistics sectors.

Previously, Felippe worked with firms including Kinea Investimentos, Paladin Realty Partners, Rossi Residencial, Habitasec and Ativore Asset, with experience spanning acquisitions, underwriting, capital raising, structured credit, joint ventures and investment management.

Felippe holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
