Wynwood Haus

Wynwood Haus is a co-development between Black Salmon and Lineaire Group. The multifamily building will feature thoughtfully designed apartment residences ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, with oversized balconies and high-end finishes. While local architecture firm Corwil Architects has integrated aesthetics and architectural functionality into the project, world-renowned landscape designer Enzo Enea will incorporate native plants that will refresh not only the amenity-rich rooftop, but also every corner of the building.

Located along N Miami Avenue, Wynwood’s main vehicular artery, Wynwood Haus enjoys of great connectivity, visibility, as well as proximity to Miami’s urban core.
