Through its geographically diversified real estate investment fund, Black Salmon is acquiring and developing industrial properties located nationwide. The fund targets the backbone of the U.S. supply chain: Distribution warehouses, cold storage facilities, industrial services facilities (ISF), and last mile facilities.
The fund is developing through development partners several industrial projects including, among others, a class A truckterminal and transload facility in the Port of Savannah, Georgia; a dry warehouse distribution facility in Commerce, Georgia, and a Class A distribution warehouse buildings in the Atlanta distribution market.
