Arcadia Built to Suit

Arcadia BTS is a single-tenant, ground-up, build-to-suit (BTS) development project totaling approximately 295,000 square feet. The asset is located in the Chicago metropolitan area and, once completed, will be fully occupied by Arcadia, a major public refrigerated warehouse operator seeking to expand its network in the U.S. Midwest region.

Joliet has emerged as one of the most important logistics hubs in the U.S. Midwest due to its direct access to multiple interstate highways, proximity to BNSF and Union Pacific intermodal centers, and its closeness to Chicago. The area has experienced significant industrial growth, driven by the nearshoring of supply chains and the increasing demand for logistics infrastructure.
