    JORGE ESCOBAR

    CEO / Managing partner

    Jorge has an extensive and recognized track record in the banking industry where he had important positions and global responsibilities. Working at HSBC Bank N.A. for over 9 years, where he lastly served as Global Head of HSBC Private Bank of Chile Market (based in the US), he was responsible for overseeing over $1.5 billion in funds for high-net-worth clients throughout the world and led the most significant transactions for the region’s Private bank.

    Originally from Santiago, Chile, Escobar began his career at Citi Group as an investment advisor; later served as vice-president of BankBoston Private Bank for more than three years and then moved to ABN AMRO Bank in Chile as the Head of Private Bank for four years.

    Following 20 years of experience in the international banking industry, Jorge Escobar joined TSG Group in 2016 as Managing Partner.

    Jorge possesses an ideal combination of global investment experience and an entrepreneurial drive that add tremendous value to the TSG Group and its companies.

    IGNACIO MURMAN

    Director of Adquisitions

    With more than $1.6 billion in real estate acquisitions in the U.S., Ignacio is responsible for the implementation of Black Salmon’s investment plan in the U.S.

    As a result of more than seven years in the real estate industry, Ignacio has established direct relationships with an extensive network of prominent brokerage firms, general partners, and investment bankers, allowing him to present investment opportunities, and lead Black Salmon’s portfolio management strategy.

    Prior to joining Black Salmon, he was the Director of Acquisitions at, a U.S.-Chilean real estate investment firm.

    Based in Miami, Florida since 2010, Ignacio holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Manchester in England and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.

    DIEGO MADOTTA

    Comercial & Marketing Director

    Diego is a recognized manager with corporate experience in the financial services industry in Latin America.

    Prior to joining Black Salmon, he served as Commercial Director and VP Asset Management at Capital Markets Argentina during 24 years.

    During the last 10 years he has specialized in real estate investment and investment funds.

    In 2009, during the financial crisis in the United States, he began to invest in the real estate market. Taking advantage of his extensive knowledge in investment structures, he participated in the acquisition of numerous properties together with a select group of investors who have trusted him ever since.

    Since 2012 he has been responsible for fifteen investment vehicles that participated in the acquisition of office buildings, in cities such as Miami, New Jersey, San Francisco, Boston, Denver, North Carolina, Kansas, Oregon, Detroit and Baltimore.

    CAMILO LOPEZ

    Managing Partner

    Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Camilo Lopez started his career working at a family-owned and managed international real estate office in his hometown.

    After relocating to Miami in 1999 and working several years at Fortune International Realty, where he helped sell 100 percent of the inventory for several residential projects, Lopez founded TSG Group in 2008 during a situation of economic crisis in the US. In the following years, he was able to gather the private equity to acquire up to a total of 4,000 income-producing properties in South Florida.

    Camilo has executed TSG Group’s forward-looking plan identifying real estate opportunities and ideation in design to successfully grow a portfolio of more than $400 million in assets.

    EDUARDO ESCAYOL

    Managing Partner

    Eduardo has over 20 years of international experience in wealth management and real estate private equity.

    Currently he serves as senior partner at Capital Markets Argentina Group where he provides investment advice and wealth management services. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of AYCO Grupo Inmobiliario of Spain, listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange.

    He started his career at Banco Galicia and HSBC Bank; later actively participated in the purchase of lands and the development of residential and office buildings in Argentina and USA.

    Since 2012 he has been responsible for fifteen investment vehicles that participated in the acquisition of office buildings, in cities such as Miami, New Jersey, San Francisco, Boston, Denver, North Carolina, Kansas, Oregon, Detroit and Baltimore.
