Black Salmon, in joint venture with AMS Hospitality, is strategically acquiring hospitality assets which, despite being currently non- performing or sub-performing, are expected to recover within the next few years based on property and market fundamentals. Black Salmon will only invest in assets in the United States.
The Pelham Hotel is designated a historic landmark and ideally set adjacent to the vaunted French Quarter, within the New Orleans’ Central Business District. This hotel will be repositioned from a generic, midscale property without a specific identity to an upscale limited service hotel that embraces both the history of New Orleans and the modern aesthetic preferred by today’s traveler.
